On my final, that is. :) Overall grade for the whole class is a bit lower, since I totally spaced out doing some of the forum discussion assignments, but I managed over 90% overall, so I'm happy.
Still need two tubes. I hope I can get at least one this week.
I can't describe how incredibly relieved I am to be done with this class. I told myself I'd be happy with how much I've learned and grown whether I passed or not, but passing is definitely nice. Granted, I still have NREMT to study and test for, but the class, at least, is over. And that means half my tuition is paid by the EMS grant. :) And if I pass NREMT, my boss reimburses me for everything.
So yeah, I need to get studying. Still, not bad. Perfect scores on EKG, written exam, scenario exam, practical exam...missed four on pharm. >_> But hey, you know when I started studying?
Last night.
Yes, last night.
I know I'm horrible, but...well, old habits die hard.
Heh.
Also, I think they need to start including babysitting in EMT classes. Last night, I ended up babysitting a five-year-old hyper girl for a good twenty minutes during an odor investigation, carrying her around (her shoes were stuck in the house), lending her a flashlight to search for flowers, and generally being...a babysitter. But she picked flowers for me, so hey. :)
Cute kid. I'll keep the damn flowers, simply because they remind me that all patients aren't assholes.
I'll never understand why kids like me, though. No one else does. :|
